Cookies and tracking technologies set by qrabl.com, qrabl.eu, and the QRabl platform.

Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and tracking technologies set when you visit qrabl.com, qrabl.eu, or use the QRabl platform.

The Service is operated by WORQABLE BV (BCE 0746.698.674) — see the Imprint.

Summary

QRabl uses only essential cookies and cookieless analytics (self-hosted Umami). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking cookies. Because no analytics cookies are set, no consent banner is required for analytics under EDPB Guidelines 2/2023 and the CNIL guidance on cookieless analytics.

Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled.

sb-*-auth-token Supabase authentication session Session Platform

Analytics

We use self-hosted Umami for cookieless platform analytics. Umami stores no cookies, no IP, no user identifier. Page views are aggregated server-side. Umami runs at analytics.worqable.com on our EU infrastructure.

This approach is consistent with EDPB Guidelines 2/2023 on the technical scope of Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive (consent for storage and access on terminal equipment): cookieless analytics with no PII storage falls outside the consent requirement.

Third-party cookies

None. We do not embed Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising pixels, or any other third-party tracker. The blog and marketing pages are served from our own infrastructure.

Consumer scan pages

When a consumer scans a QR code generated through QRabl and views a product label, basic scan data (anonymised IP, country from CDN header, device type) is recorded as a legitimate interest of the label owner for fraud prevention, supply-chain integrity and aggregate analytics. Consumer scan pages set a single short-lived qrabl_consent cookie to record the visitor's analytics consent choice. No other cookies are set on the consumer's device. See the End-Consumer Privacy Notice.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies at any time via your browser's settings. For the essential cookies listed above, clearing them will require you to re-authenticate, re-set your locale, and re-set your UI preferences.

Changes

This Cookie Policy is updated when our cookie usage changes. The version and effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
