Batch & serial lineage

Trace each item back through its batch, inputs and supply-chain steps, so an issue can be scoped to exactly the units affected.

EPCIS 2.0 events

Capture standards-based what/where/when/why events across the chain, exportable for partners and authorities.

Targeted recalls

Flag an affected batch and every future scan of those units surfaces the recall notice — reaching products already on shelves.

Participant & PIN flows

Let supply-chain participants submit data through scoped, PIN-protected flows without needing full platform accounts.

Anti-counterfeit & copy detection

Detect duplicated or cloned codes through scan-pattern signals, so a copied label doesn't pass as genuine.

Scan-level analytics

See where and when products are scanned, spot anomalies, and understand real-world distribution — not just what left the warehouse.

Traceability that reaches past the loading dock

Most supply-chain systems lose sight of a product the moment it ships. Because every QRabl product already carries a live QR code, track & trace extends that visibility all the way to the consumer scan — the same code that serves the label and passport also records where the product goes and lets you act on it after it's left your hands.

Lineage and events

Each item is linked to its batch and the inputs and steps behind it, so you can move from a single serial back to everything that shaped it. Supply-chain steps are captured as EPCIS 2.0 events — standards-based what/where/when/why records — which means the trail is portable to partners, customs and authorities rather than trapped in a proprietary format.

Recalls that actually reach the product

A recall is only as good as your ability to reach the affected units. Flag a batch as recalled and every subsequent scan of those items shows the recall notice on the consumer's phone — so products already on shelves or in homes surface the warning, and you can target precisely the units involved instead of the whole line.

Trust and anti-counterfeit

Scoped, PIN-protected participant flows let suppliers and partners contribute data without full accounts, keeping the chain complete without opening the platform. And because genuine codes have genuine scan patterns, duplicated or cloned codes can be detected — so a photocopied label doesn't quietly pass as the real thing.

See it in your distribution
