Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Note: WORQABLE BV operates the QRabl Service on a B2B-only basis (see §1.2 of the Algemene Voorwaarden); the ODR platform is therefore not the primary route for QRabl-related disputes. Belgian commercial disputes between WORQABLE BV and its B2B customers fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ondernemingsrechtbank Antwerpen, afdeling Antwerpen (see §12.5 AV).

Professional codes of conduct

WORQABLE BV is not currently a signatory to any sector-specific code of conduct under Article 5(1)(j) of the Wet of 11 March 2003. We will update this section when this changes.

Professional liability insurance details are available on request from enterprise customers under NDA.

Authorisation / supervisory body

QRabl is a SaaS platform providing tooling for digital product labels and Digital Product Passports. QRabl is not itself a regulated product within the meaning of the EU sectoral regulations the platform supports (Battery Reg 2023/1542, ESPR 2024/1781, EUDR, CSRD, FIC, Cosmetics Reg, REACH, RoHS, etc.). For the role-boundary between QRabl as a tool and the customer as the regulated party, see §14 of the AV.

Hosting

The Service is self-hosted on dedicated servers rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (hetzner.com). All EU customer data is stored on infrastructure located in Germany.

Languages

This Imprint is published in English. Authoritative translations into Dutch, French, and other EU official languages are produced as part of our localisation roll-out. In case of conflict, the Dutch version prevails for matters of Belgian commercial registration; the language version of the Algemene Voorwaarden signed by the Customer prevails for contractual matters.
